This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.

What is not covered

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) improper or inadequate maintenance, misuse, or alteration; (c) exposure to chemicals, liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight; (d) repair by unauthorized representatives; (e) damage resulting from transit or handling; (f) transportation costs; (g) commercial, institutional, business, rental, or any other non- residential usage; (h) “as is” purchases including but not limited to floor samples, clearance items, going out of business or tent sale, close-out, or from a liquidator; (i) product purchased from a non- authorized Weekender™ dealer; (j) damage to any type of flooring or floor covering.

What will Weekender™ do

Weekender™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any furniture item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Mattress

What is covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.

What is not covered

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 1.5 inches in depth); (c) stains; (d) misuse or improper maintenance; (e) alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; or (f) damage resulting from transit or handling.

What will Weekender™ do

Weekender™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any mattress that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Weekender™ Extended Warranty

If a Weekender™ mattress protector is purchased with any mattress and the protector fails, Weekender™ may cover the cost of a new mattress. The protector and mattress must be purchased in the same transaction and proof of purchase is required.

Pillows

What is covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.

Weekender™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Sheets

What is covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

Mattress Protectors

What is covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

Warranty length can be found on each product page. Mattress protector warranty periods vary and begin from date of purchase.

How state law applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.

What is not covered

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions by (i) drying on high heat and/or without other towels or bedding (ii) using bleach or bleach detergent (iii) ironing or (iv) dry cleaning; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or normal soiling; (d) stains or damage caused by or related to: (i) inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes, or solvents (ii) burns or fire, natural disaster, flood, vandalism, or any other loss covered under an insurance policy (iii) structural problems or appliance malfunctions (iv) more than two pints of liquid; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; or (f) mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes.

What will Weekender™ do

Weekender™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any protector that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Weekender™ Extended Warranty

A copy of your receipt showing your name, order date, and price paid.

Your contact information (shipping address and phone number).

Pictures of the item. Try to include three pictures showing the issue.
